Sales Policies
1. Our terms are Net 30 days after credit is established.
2. We accept all major credit cards.
3. C.O.D. shipments will be charged an additional fee of $9.50 for each C.O.D. shipment placed. This is a fee that UPS requires.
4. All in stock orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, will be shipped that same day.
5. Backorders - Partial shipments will only be sent with customer approval.
6. Minimum orders - Orders less than $35.00 will be subject to a surcharge of $3.00 per order.
Exceptions - Paypal payments
7. Shipping costs - All shipments are FOB Columbus, MS
8. Pricing - Prices are subject to change without notice. Consult your representative for current pricing.
9. Returns - No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. ABC must be notified of any returns within 10 buisness days from the day the order was received and shipped. The merchandise must be returned in the original package within 30 days of the invoice date. A restock fee of 10% may apply if these terms are not met.
Warranty
All the products distributed by ABC Systems are manufactured and quality controlled to the very best standards possible. However, since the use of our products is beyond the control of the seller or manufacturer, we are not responsible for results obtained. Since the value of threads and stabilizers is so disproportional to the value of the material onto which they may be used, we are not and cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the users material. Our warranty is limited to the replacement of our product if defective in manufacturing.
